This is a really useful little chart if you can’t seem to figure out portions!  It’s pretty hard sometimes here at school to actually take the time and measure your food out (especially given that the dining hall doesn’t allow you to bring outside containers in) but, this gives you a good idea about what you should be eating, and how much of it.

This whole “don’t eat late at night” or “don’t eat after a certain specific time” is nothing but a stupid myth based on nothing but bullshit.

The real truth is, your body has no idea what time it is. Your body doesn’t care what time it is. Hell, your body doesn’t even know the concept of time…

It’s really good to see this myth debunked!  Especially considering the dining hall doesn’t ever have any food that really makes me feel less hungry.

Sorry I haven’t posted much.  Been a really busy and stressful week.  I’ve had a lot of work to be doing, too.  :c

So, according to this website, my workout today burned 837 calories.  Yo, nice.  Still not sure if I’m going to work off my weekend by weigh-in on friday.  I’m going to be really upset if I don’t, but, oh well.  :c

Breakdown, 2/28

Breakfast

  • 1c frosted flakes
  • .5c fat free milk

Dinner

  • 1.5c fish chowder
  • 1 serving oyster crackers

Also went to the gym, 30 minutes of jogging, 10 minutes of elliptical, and 30 minutes of biking on level 10 intensity - though, I’m not really sure what that means, hahaha.

Gym now!
